Tuesday’s Breakfast
On days with an 8:45 class the only thing I have time to do before leaving for school is brushing my teeth and getting dressed. When I get to school I stop at the café and grab a quick breakfast that I can eat throughout my next two classes. A sweet scone and orange juice is always a classic breakfast that does the trick.

Wednesday’s Breakfast
Wednesdays are a slow day in my household. I only have one late class and my partner is off from work. We always enjoy a hearty breakfast together; it’s our tradition. Poached eggs, toast and a potato waffle is the way to go when you want something filling and delicious.

Thursday’s Dinner
I can never go wrong with a bowl of creamy pasta. Whenever I am in the mood for something comforting and yummy I make myself this dish. It is a bowl of rigatoni pasta, with sausage, onions, and creamy red sauce. Trust me, it is to die for.

Friday’s Dinner
I always decide to experiment a little on Fridays. I tried to make teriyaki steak kabobs with white rice and mushrooms. Teriyaki is a staple in this household and steak was the meat for the night so therefore this is what made sense. I think this will now be on the rotation of dinners we do often because it was awesome!

Saturday’s Dinner
Saturday night we decided to treat ourselves. My partner leaves on vacation without me on Sunday and we wanted to spend some quality time together. We went out to our favorite pub and ordered this chicken bacon ranch pizza. This is definitely my recommendation if your ever in Hyde Park and looking for a fancy pizza night.

Sunday’s Breakfast
On Sunday I keep breakfast light and delicious. I made myself some oatmeal and built it up with some maple syrup and fruit. Every bite of this was sweet and creamy. I would eat oatmeal every morning if I could. This will keep me full for hours and it tastes like a snack.

Sunday’s dinner
Pork chops, white rice, and caesar salad was the highlight of my night. My partner left for the week so I went to the store and bought a 6 pack of pork chops. My partner doesn’t like pork chops but I love them. I decided for the next 6 nights while she is gone I will be making different variations of pork chops. This way I get my fill and I can be happy while she is away.
